Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM with full accuracy
Track leads, follow ups, and ongoing sales activities
Create and share regular reports on customer pipeline, conversions, and performance
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely responses to customer queries
Monitor customer feedback and highlight service issues to the concerned team.
Support onboarding of new dealers and customers into the CRM system
