We are seeking a CRM & Campaign Manager to lead the day-to-day management and delivery of a newly launched loyalty programme and customer communications. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and creative individual to take full ownership of CRM performance, driving engagement, repeat visits, and revenue during a period of rapid growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the CRM strategy, managing seasonal campaigns, and optimising member journeys across email, digital and in-store communications. You will work closely with marketing, buying, IT, operations teams and external agencies to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and generate measurable results.
