Our client is a luxury lifestyle brand who are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to be responsible for building a successful CRM strategy which aligns with the company objectives and customer-centric approach.

You will report to the Director of Digital and E-commerce and be responsible for one direct report.

To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate 4+ years of experience in driving customer retention and loyalty, have expertise in CRM platforms and tech, possess excellent leadership, and have a results-driven mindset.
