Position Overview
You’ll work closely with the CRM Lead to define better ways of leveraging our CRM system globally, including processes, automation and best practices.You will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling cross-channel engagement strategies (email, push notifications, in-product) and messaging that brings to life the proposition and product experience to increase usage, adoption and monetisation globally.You'll steer the customer journey, using your skills in segmentation, loyalty propositions, and retention to increase engagement and growth.
