My client is looking for a CRM manager to join their growing team in West London. The role itself will devise the CRM strategy, roadmap and oversee main KPIs and CRM programme. You will be expected to convert data into actionable insights while driving existing customer campaigns based on insights. Day to day you will be improving campaign sophistication through automation, triggers, propensity, AI and new technology.
