The Regional CRM Manager / Senior CRM Specialist is responsible for leading and developing the CRM and client engagement function across AMIRI and ALO within the region. This corporate‑based role plays a strategic and operational part in strengthening client acquisition, retention, loyalty, and overall client experience across all markets and channels.
The position will focus on establishing and elevating the CRM department by implementing client‑centric strategies, driving meaningful activations and events, enhancing customer journeys, and building long‑term relationships with high‑value clients.
