Responsibilities
:
Administrate the CRM system to collect and analyze data so as to achieve personalized communication & customer engagement Organize and send targeted communications (promotional or informational) to B2B or B2C customer segments in close cooperation with Sales, Product Management and a wide network Coordinate day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of Loyalty program Address daily customer inquiries related to loyalty program and CRM issues. Generate reports and insights on the performance of loyalty programs and CRM initiatives. Collaborate extensively with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, ΙΤ) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
