Position Overview
Overview Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Analyst to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is a key role supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless lead tracking, efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and excellent CRM adoption across the company.
Key Responsibilities - Administer, configure, and maintain the company CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Manage CRM users, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Maintain accurate lead and client data through imports, updates, and data cleansing.
- Monitor and maintain CRM workflows, including lead management, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
- Create and update dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management.
- Support sales and marketing teams with CRM automation, campaign tracking, and reporting.
