As the CRM Campaign Manager, you will drive the delivery of best-in-class customer engagement programs to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty and grow customer lifetime value. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day brand email program, where no two campaigns are the same, you can expect a fast-paced, creative and commercial environment where you can make a real impact for both the business and millions of my client’s customers. You will manage two CRM specialists and sit within the wider CRM and customer data team. You will be able to own the CRM communication plan, working alongside brand marketing teams to ensure they have the best campaigns in place to drive incremental transactions, email/app engagement and retention.
