We are looking for a CRM Assistant to support our Whistles brand, who will be responsible for delivering highly engaging CRM campaigns that drive customer KPIs and business growth.

What you’ll do:
Responsible for the planning, QA and execution of CRM campaigns across all territories for the brand
Support targeted and personalised CRM activity across customer lifecycle stages, including automated lifecycle journeys where applicable
Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams (especially designers and copywriters) to deliver CRM campaigns to business deadlines
