The CRM and Even Trainee will support efforts to build awareness of our Beauty Pass loyalty events through pre- and post-event communications to Beauty Pass members. This includes assisting in the development of a communication plan – with a focus on emails and SMS messages – and leading on all communications execution end-to-end. As part of this execution, the trainee will be responsible for the creation of event emails/SMS messages, setting up on relevant deployment platforms and sending out as required. To drive this execution, the Trainee will bring strong organization, attention to detail and creativity to the role. He/she will also have strong collaboration and the ability to work across teams to ensure effective event messaging and alignment to overall branding.
