We are looking for a CRM and solutions administrator to interpret and implement solutions for clients on Bitrix24. Bitrix24 is an all-in-one platform that provides a suite of business tools and solutions. Job Specification You will need to interpret a project scope and assist in the setup of a customer-required solution. Interpretation of customer requirements and requests will be key in this position. Technical skills are required and you will have to apply your mind when a solution is requested and not only execute a list of tasks. You will interact with customers to clarify their requirements and provide feedback on the progress of the setup. The position will require your attention for multiple implementations at the same time.
