**Overview**

The Critical Facility Technician assists the Lead Critical Facility Technician to monitor and maintain all building systems and mission critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated with the raised floor environment.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Assist the Critical Facility Technician with testing and making rounds
+ Ensure strict adherence to critical facility work rule and safety procedures
+ Communicate and adhere to applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, and regulations
+ Operate standard office equipment using basic computer skills
+ Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for daily communication and reports
+ Perform physical counts of inventory on job sites and at facilities
+ Ensure inventory is stored properly for inventory type (ex: sensitive electronics are temperature controlled)
