Position Overview
The Critical Facility Engineer is responsible for supporting the operation, inspection, maintenance, and reliability of critical environment spaces within two commercial office towers in Downtown Toronto. These spaces include WAN/LAN/AV rooms, telecom rooms, and other critical infrastructure areas located throughout multiple client floors. The role supports mechanical, electrical, HVAC, controls, UPS, generator, fuel, and building automation systems while coordinating vendors, managing work orders, following MOPs/SMOPs, responding to emergencies, and ensuring work is completed safely and professionally.
