Role Highlights:

+ Perform hands‑on operations and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, and life‑safety systems

+ Respond to facility alarms, equipment faults, and emergency situations using established procedures

+ Complete work orders and documentation in the enterprise asset management system (Hexagon)

+ Conduct routine inspections, identify abnormal conditions, and recommend system upgrades

+ Support vendor oversight, parts ordering, and maintenance scheduling

+ Utilize BMS and monitoring tools in a control‑room environment to diagnose issues and dispatch resources

+ Participate in PQS (Personnel Qualification Standards) training to build deep technical expertise

+ Shift schedule: 5x10s, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 5 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of experience in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, controls, or technical maintenance
