Care Manager Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate, tech-savvy, and relationship-driven Care Manager Assistant to provide encouragement, motivation, and practical support to individuals navigating behavioral health or social-emotional challenges. This is a non-clinical role focused on connection, trust, and motivation-ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, an ability to engage others, and a passion for helping people feel heard and supported.
Care Manager Assistants are there to guide, mentor, and motivate members using lived experience, active listening, and motivational interviewing techniques (MI). This role requires empathy, reliability, and comfort using digital tools to track interactions and support member progress.
Compensation: $15 to $25 / hour
