Description A locum tenens opportunity is available for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Critical Care Medicine beginning August 1, 2026 at a high-acuity academic medical center. This role functions as a critical care responding clinician in the ICU, providing support for adult and geriatric patients in a structured, physician-supervised environment. The assignment includes a full-time day/night rotation with rotating weekends and holidays.

About the facility This is a large academic acute care teaching hospital with a 10-bed ICU and an average daily census of approximately 7 patients. The ICU cares for adult patients with select geriatric cases and a limited number of burn patients.
