Oversees clinical and operational functions of the Crisis Stabilization Center and staff. Provide direct patient care on an as needed basis. Develops implements and monitors standards of clinical care for adult clients. Responsible for implementing, monitoring and ensuring corporate compliance of OZH, JCAHO, CARF, HCFA, and DMH standard of crisis stabilization for all clinicians/providers delivering psychological services. Will be responsible for schedules, quarterly reports, quality and performance compliance, and daily operation of the Crisis Stabilization programs and employees. Developing community relationships and attending state-wide meetings is a central function of this position.
