Basic information - Basic up to $5,000
- Monday to Thursday 9am-6.30pm
- Friday 9am-6pm
- PB (subject to company performance)
- 14 days of annual leave, increasing by one day each year up to 21 days
Job scope - Manage crew administration matters, including payroll verification and preparation of employment-related documentation for seafarers.
- Maintain accurate vessel manning records and oversee crew rotation schedules to support operational requirements.
- Liaise with manning agencies, vessel Masters, port agents, and travel service providers to coordinate crew movements and deployments.
- Arrange travel bookings and ensure all necessary joining documents are prepared for embarking crew members.
