As the Crew Operations Specialist in Singapore, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day movement and support of all Disney Cruise Line Crew for the Disney Adventure, ensuring smooth arrival and onboarding experiences and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

• Manage the organization and logistics for day-to-day Crew arrivals, embarks, and debarks in the APAC region, supporting the rest of the fleet as needed.
• Own Crew Member transportation and training logistics, ensuring arrangements are made and Crew are transported to training and port of embark.
• Liaise with internal and external partners, including Port Agents, to audit and ensure compliance with Disney standards.
