Crew Pay rates: Up to $15.75/hr

(depending on your experience, skill level and availability


Qualifications

+ All you'll need is an outstanding attitude & a willingness to learn and grow working in a fast-paced team environment

+ You'll need to be 16 years of age or older to work as a crew member at this McDonald's

+ 14 and 15 year olds are invited to apply but will first need to meet all the requirements of the State of Illinois permit for minors, their school district and parental permission in order to start working.

Responsibilities

+ Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience

+ Help our customers order their favorite McDonalds meals

+ Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous Food

+ Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun doing so

+ Keep the restaurant looking fantastic!
