Location: Mesa, AZ (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Contract Length: 6–12 Month Contract with Extension Potential

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Credits & Refunds Representatives to support a high-volume healthcare revenue cycle team. This position is responsible for researching and resolving patient account balances, processing refunds, reconciling payments, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate account resolution.

The ideal candidate will have experience with payment posting, credit balances, refunds, account reconciliation, and healthcare billing systems while working in a production-driven environment.
