Creditors Clerk – Cape Town

A leading construction and infrastructure company is seeking a detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join their finance team.

About the Role

• Process and reconcile creditor invoices accurately and on time.


• Maintain creditor accounts and ensure payments are made in line with company policies.


• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.


• Prepare monthly reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.


• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar finance role.


• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and reconciliations.


• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
