As a Credit Review Vice President within our Credit Review team, you will take the lead in planning and executing periodic credit reviews, as well as participating in review assignments. Your role will involve guiding team members in activities that assess commercial loan transactions and conduct evaluations of underwriting and portfolio management. This will allow you to independently provide opinions on the adequacy of underwriting analysis, the accuracy and timeliness of risk grading decisions, the suitability of credit mitigation actions, and the effectiveness of the credit management process and key controls supporting credit quality.
