What you'll do

We're looking for a Credit Strategy Specialist to design, implement, and optimize credit strategies that directly impact growth, risk, and customer experience. This role sits at the intersection of data, risk, and business, owning key levers such as credit policies, limit‑setting frameworks, and decision rules. You will work closely with Data, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure we scale responsibly while maximizing approval rates and portfolio performance.
