Credit Controller
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join its Finance team in Dubai (DIFC). This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving cash collections and reducing aged debt within a top-tier legal services business.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding fees against targets
- Monitoring aged debt and proactively chasing outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Building strong relationships with Partners and Practice Group Heads to review debt positions and reduce debtor days
- Resolving billing queries and disputes by working closely with fee earners and billing teams
- Setting up and managing payment plans, maintaining accurate records within the practice management system
