The Credit Control Officer will join the Finance Department of our Team based in Aspropyrgos, Athens, Greece.
The Credit Control Officer will support the day-to-day operations of the credit control function, with a primary focus on monitoring customer collections, following up with customers, and handling related credit control activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Reviewing customer balances, monitoring overdue amounts, and arranging collections.Preparing cash flow and credit control reports, monitoring customer cash inflow, and analyzing bad debts, slow-moving receivables, and DSO trends.Opening new customers in the ERP and collecting information on new customers (credit agency checks, supplier references, and financial statements) based on Group Policies.Reviewing, approving, and releasing customer orders in line with credit limits and internal controls.Maintaining...
