Position Overview
Job purpose: To assist Credit Manager in the collection and allocation of account for direct and broker accounts.
Key Responsibilities: - To Prepare reconciliation of client and broker accounts.
- To liaison with Clients and Internal department and resolve queries related to transactions
- To liaise with Brokers, Clients and Insurance companies and arrange collection of outstanding premiums.
- To assist Credit Manager in the preparation of Ageing and related credit control reports
- To ensure statements are dispatched to Brokers and Clients on a regular basis
- To carry out allocation and matching of settlements as per details provided by Broker/Clients
- To assist in identifying credit risk and in identifying doubtful debts
