Wavenet is looking for a highly organised and proactive Credit Control Administrator to join our dynamic Credit Control team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and has a strong eye for detail.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the credit control inbox, ensuring timely responses to customer queries. You'll support the monthly statement run, help manage the direct debit process, and assist in our customer suspension process by communicating effectively and arranging payment plans when needed.
