The RBS Credit Card Unit is the sales channels under Retail banking, catering to the Credit card sales requirements of existing Emirates NBD & new to bank customers in UAE. The unit’s core responsibility is to increase the market share of Credit Card Business and function in line with the Group’s overall business strategy.

This unit is responsible to bring new companies to the bank’s approved list of employers and capitalize on these relationships to increase overall penetration of retail banking products.

The unit will also focus on cross selling of other retail banking products such as Payroll Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Bancassurance, etc. to increase the profitability of the unit and the overall revenue for Retail Bank.
