Insight Global is hiring Credit Card Dispute Associates for our client, who is a global crypto and Web3 platform. In this role, you will handle dispute cases end‑to‑end, support cardholders via phone and email, and ensure all work is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will be available to work from 7 am - 4 pm on site in their Tempe office. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
-Process credit card fraud and non‑fraud disputes from intake through final resolution
-Collect and review documentation, assign accurate dispute reason codes, and issue provisional credits when applicable
-Ensure all disputes are completed within required regulatory timelines
-Communicate clearly with cardholders via phone and email to explain dispute processes, answer questions, and resolve issues
