Job Overview

We are seeking a Credit & Collections Supervisor to manage receivables, oversee collection processes, and ensure timely cash inflow while maintaining strong client relationships.



Key Responsibilities

-Manage overall credit and collections operations

-Ensure timely collection of receivables

-Monitor aging accounts and resolve delinquent cases

-Negotiate payment arrangements with clients

-Prepare and analyze collection performance reports

-Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams

-Supervise and develop team members



Qualifications

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

-At least 10 years of experience in credit and collections

-At least 5 years in a supervisory role

-Strong analytical and negotiation skills

-Experience handling receivables and aging reports
