Role – Investment (Credit) Analyst
Location - Mumbai
About the role:
Part of Investment team at Vivriti Asset Management. Role would include portfolio investment, monitoring and research for various debt schemes to be managed by Vivriti AMC with a focus on FI investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Fund deployment phase:
Independently conduct due diligences, prepare investment notes, seek IC approvals
Seek, analyze, and structure data provided by clients
Thorough field diligence & meetings with the senior management of investee entities
Prepare insightful credit report for presentation to Investment Committee with cogent recommendations
Post deployment phase:
Identifying early warning signs of credit deterioration
Investment monitoring (desk and field), field visit, management meetings, calls, etc.
Regular Updates to Investment Committee and investor reporting
Suggestions on portfolio Rebalancing
Credit Research:
Track assigned sectors closely...
