As a Credentialed Surgery Patient Care Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between the front and back of the hospital by facilitating client/patient flow between the waiting room, exam rooms, CSR staff, and clinical staff, triaging medical phone calls, coordinating client/doctor communication, and performing ER visit follow-up calls for both locations.
