**Overview**

The Consumer Integrated Marketing team at Microsoft is seeking a **Creative Strategist** to work across our portfolio of brands, spanning Copilot (AI companion), Windows, Surface devices, M365 and Edge. You will be naturally curious, an exceptional strategic thinker, with a keen eye on finding the insight/red thread that unlocks amazing creativity in our marketing.

The Creative Strategist is a critical role that acts as the intersection between the Product, Creative, Social, Creators, Web and Email, focusing on finding the product insight that unlocks great marketing for the billions of Microsoft consumers that use our products on any given day.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects at once, knowing the critical role the strategist plays in the creative process, and the ability to convey complex creative ideas and insights to a broad set of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
