Position Overview
We are the project management team behind TikTok’s sponsored packages. Our mission is simple but critical — turn creative campaign concepts into seamless, high-performance executions. We act as the central connector across cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Product, , not just executing and launching branding campaigns, but also analyzing results, optimizing strategies, and iterating continuously.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Delivery: Take full ownership of TikTok sponsored campaigns, from kickoff to final delivery. Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and meet the agreed quality standards (including entitlement delivery, creative display, and campaign setup accuracy).
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal Sales teams to align on client needs, and partner with Creative teams to ensure campaign creatives match client expectations and TikTok’s platform requirements. Be responsible for internal training (., project ...
