Job Description Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 designers across Singapore and Malaysia, with full accountability for all design and creative output Own the creative ideation process from brief to concept, ensuring ideas are innovative, strategically sound, and aligned with both local market needs and broader regional objectives Oversee the design and execution of branded and visual communications, including marketing campaigns, websites, video content, and digital and print assets Set and uphold a high bar for creative excellence, ensuring consistency while continuously elevating the quality of all outputs Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Growth, UX/UI) across Singapore, Malaysia, and regional stakeholders to ensure ideas are feasible, scalable, and execution-ready Provide end-to-end project oversight, effectively prioritising and managing multiple concurrent workstreams across business units to ensure timely delivery Remain hands-on in...
