Zappos is looking for a Creative Email & App Mktg Associate to support and further develop the email and push notification program. This role is critical to helping Zappos drive revenue growth and deliver a best-in-class customer marketing experience. The Creative Email & App Mktg Associate will provide technical and creative expertise to enhance customer experiences by coding via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building, and testing communications for lifecycle marketing campaigns. This will position develop and implement marketing journeys, manage creative briefs, and serve as the primary approver for content deliverables while providing ongoing support of our email marketing systems and automation platforms.
