The North America Stores Creative team is on a mission to build world-class, scalable creative systems that fuel growth across every customer touchpoint. We believe great creative shouldn't just look good—it should move fast, work harder, and scale smarter. We're looking for a Creative Director who shares that belief and wants to build something lasting.
In this role, you'll own the creative vision for two of the fastest-growing areas of our marketing ecosystem: Creator partnerships and paid social. You'll shape how millions of customers experience our brand across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, email, and on-site—while building the templates, systems, and frameworks that allow your team to do more with less.
