SCOPE OF JOB: Middle East Region

The Creative and Windows Manager leads the design and execution of Hermes Windows for the Middle East.

• Leads the Store Windows design and implementation in the region (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain).
• Manages the Design & Production Executive, who owns the implementation of all windows in the region.
• Leads and develops his/her direct report by being an inspiring and expert leader as well as providing development opportunities.
• Monitors the success of Window installations and focuses on continuous improvement, innovative ideas, and local collaborations to bring to life the Hermes vision in the Middle East.
