**Job Summary**
The Crating Coordinator supports the warehouse team by constructing custom crates, pallets, and boxes for shipping critical finished goods worldwide. This position primarily involves hands-on work with power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns, and requires experience in framing, carpentry, construction, or similar fields. The role also includes picking, packing, and managing large outbound shipments via LTL and full truckload, working closely with Supply Chain and management to prioritize orders.
