Crane Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training and practical hands-on instruction
• Use training aids (simulators, manuals, videos)
• Assess trainee competence via written tests, observation, and performance criteria
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• To be permanently working in UAE but will be required to travel to Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience operating cranes (usually 3–5 years minimum)
• Experience in operating various types of cranes (e.g., mobile, tower, overhead)
• Demonstrated experience in training or mentoring crane operators
• Understand different crane types, functions, components, and safety features
