Tower Crane Operator Qualifications - Able to work at height
- Preferably 4-6 years of relevant working experience
- Possess Safety and Lifting Supervisors Certificate
- Possess Tower Crane Operator Certificate
- Luffing Certificate would be an added advantage
Main Duties - Lift, move, and place construction materials, equipment, and loads.
- Follow instructions from signalmen, riggers, or lifting supervisors.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on the crane and report defects.
- Monitor load weights and ensure they are within the crane’s safe working load.
- Maintain clear communication with the lifting team using radios or hand signals.
