The Crane Management Lead is responsible for
the strategic oversight and technical governance of crane and
heavy lift operations across multiple projects. This role serves as the technical authority for crane selection and lift execution, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery. The Lead
partners closely with Procurement, Project Management, and EHS teams to provide technical expertise that informs vendor selection,
commercial strategy, and execution planning. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the right
equipment, approach, and controls are in place for all lifting operations.
