As a Craftsperson you’ll contribute to the day‑to‑day tasks of assembly, wiring and testing of HV Switchgear Components & ancillary equipment. Supporting the delivery of various contracts, in line with business unit targets and budgets. Attend customer sites to carry out repairs/maintenance/installation of HV switchgear and ancillary components.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Operate as part of a multi‑skilled team on a wide range of products.
• Have experience of wiring control panels, circuit breakers etc. from various forms of wiring diagrams.
• Have experience in mechanical and electrical testing of various switchgear ranges.
• Have the ability and flexibility to work on new and refurbished products from engineering drawings.
• Ensure the application of good working practices, adhering to QHS&E procedures.
• Be expected to work overtime and/or shift work to achieve production targets. ...
