Job Description

Reporting into the Director, the Candidate/PRQS will handle the following:

• Preparation of cost plans and detailed estimates from architectural drawings.
• Compilation and management of overall project budgets.
• Strong understanding and application of JBCC contracts.
• Measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Cost and budget control throughout all project phases.
• Measuring, assessing, and negotiating final accounts with principal contractors and subcontractors.
• Contract administration and overall cost management.
• Experience on commercial, mixed-use, and public sector projects.
