Job Description

Reporting to the General Foreman, the Foreman will be:

• Supervising daily site operations and coordinating construction activities
• Managing labour teams, subcontractors, and ensuring productivity targets are met
• Monitoring health and safety compliance on site and enforcing safety procedures
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and ensuring work is completed according to specifications
• Reporting project progress, site issues, and material requirements to management
