We are seeking a highly disciplined, detail-driven Bookkeeper to take full ownership of financial records across a growing, multi-location studio environment. This is not a transactional or data-entry role — it requires end-to-end control of the books, from daily journal entries through executive-level monthly financial reporting.

You will be the single point of accountability for the integrity of our client's books. You will manage QuickBooks Online as the system of record, reconcile multiple bank, credit card, and loan accounts, match Stripe payment processor deposits against revenue reports from Mariana Tek (the studio management platform), and deliver a complete monthly financial statement package to C-Suite leadership.
