Provide strategic and operational leadership for the IB Career-related Programme (CP) , ensuring full alignment with IB standards, practices, and philosophy.
Oversee the planning, delivery, and ongoing development of the CP curriculum, including the core components: Personal and Professional Skills (PPS), Reflective Project, Language Development, and Service Learning.
Work collaboratively with Heads of Department and subject teachers to ensure effective integration of CP pathways with the wider Secondary curriculum.
Lead on student progress, assessment, and reporting within the CP, ensuring high-quality tracking, support, and intervention where required.
Manage IB compliance, documentation, and programme evaluation, including preparation for IB verification, evaluation, and authorization processes.
