SEN Teacher / Cover Supervisor

Are you a qualified SEN Teacher or experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding opportunity in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Behavioural School? Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide dynamic, engaging learning experiences.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour management strategies.

Adapt teaching methods to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex needs.

Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress.

Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to create tailored learning plans.
